Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) Nomor 43 Tahun 2025 tentang Pelaporan Keuangan, turunan dari UU P2SK, mewajibkan pelaku usaha menyampaikan laporan keuangan terintegrasi kepada Kementerian Keuangan melalui Platform Bersama Pelaporan Keuangan (PBPK). Aturan ini bertujuan meningkatkan transparansi, akurasi, dan standardisasi data keuangan nasional, serta memperkuat pengawasan.
Poin-Poin Penting PP Nomor 43 Tahun 2025:
- Penyatuan Pelaporan: Melalui PBPK, pelaporan keuangan disatukan untuk efisiensi dan konsistensi data.
- Wajib Kompeten: Penyusunan laporan keuangan harus dilakukan oleh pihak berkompeten (akuntan profesional/IAI).
- Lingkup Pengaturan: Meliputi Laporan Keuangan, Komite Standar, PBPK, ekosistem pelaporan, dan sanksi administratif.
- Implementasi Bertahap: Diterapkan secara bertahap, dengan kewajiban PBPK bagi sektor pasar modal maksimal 2027.
- Fokus Tujuan: Mengatasi fragmentasi regulasi, meningkatkan kepercayaan investor, dan memperkuat stabilitas sistem keuangan.
PP ini memperketat penyusunan dan pengawasan keuangan, menjadikannya standar baru dalam tata kelola pelaporan perusahaan di Indonesia.
